SpamExperts - Create Email Users
SpamExperts allows you to set up individual email users for all of the email addresses on your domain name. Each of these users will have options to manage their quarantined messages, set up quarantine reports, and mark messages as spam or not spam. To create email user accounts follow these steps:
- Login to your Bluehost Control Panel.
- Click SpamExperts icon.
- Click Manage, to the right of your domain name to access your SpamExperts dashboard.
- Click the Manage Email Users icon under the Webinterface Users section.
- Click "Add" in the upper left corner of the page.
- Enter the user's email address
- Choose a password for the email user and enter it twice.
This password can be different than the current webmail password and it is recommended the email user update this password after they first login.
Alternatively you can upload a CSV file containing the username, domain name, password, and active status for each of their email users on this page in order to skip the above steps.
