Bluehost Web Hosting Help
cPanel Backups from other Hosts
WHM/cPanel Backups. I created a WHM/cPanel backup and want to restore that to my Bluehost account.
Unfortunately due to differences in environment, cPanel to cPanel backups will not work as expected. The safest most sure way to get your contents to the new server is via FTP or ssh.
*Note: Please upload the contents from the public_html directory from your old host to the new public_html directory here at Bluehost.
