Domain Manager Access without Hosting Account
Even without an active hosting account you are still able to login to your Bluehost Domain Manager, to manage your domain(s).
Accessing the Domain Manager
If you no longer have an active hosting account with us, you will still have access to your domain manager. The domain manager is where you can change settings for your domains such as nameservers, locking, contact information, privacy, renewal options, etcetera. You can login directly at: https://www.Bluehost.com/cgi/dm/
If you need assistance with the Name Servers see Modifying Name Servers (Registered through Bluehost) for more information.
